Types of Questions We'll Ask:

We’ll ask for your contact information, the name of your entity or LLC, and any co-borrower details. You’ll enter some quick numbers related to your deal — including the estimated loan amount, how much you plan to use for renovations, the property’s ARV, and your preferred loan length. We’ll also collect the property address and your title company’s contact info. That’s it. If we need anything else — like updated documents — we’ll let you know after the initial review.


Information Needed:

  1. Lending Info: Acquisition & Renovation Amounts
  2. After Repair Value (ARV), Loan Length & Exit Strategy
  3. Executed Purchase Contract & Riders
  4. Contractor’s Itemized Scope of Work "Rehab Budget" (for any Financed Funds)
  5. Property Link and/or Photos (interior and exterior)
  6. Title Company: Company & Reps Name, Phone and Email
  7. Any additional information that helps tell the story of the Project
