• Submit one application per LLC. The application supports one borrower and one co-borrower. If your LLC has additional members, do your best filling in as much co-borrower basics as possible, we will handle it from there.

• After completing application. Each borrower must order their credit report (See Button for More Info).

• Once your credit report has been ordered correctly, we'll receive secure access automatically.

• Typical borrower approval is 2 business days after we receive your completed application, required documents, and credit reports.

• When you're ready, scroll down, select Hard Money Loan, and begin.
